Electrical Engineering

T’Sean is by nature a self-effacing, unassuming young man. But one would not know this given the many organizations he is affiliated with and the integral role he plays. He was the former president of “Sons of Service’, a community student service group of the University of the Bahamas, rendering service to the community and the UB campus. In addition, T’Sean is second vice chairman of the Progressive Young Liberals where he has been actively involved in the various constituencies.

T’Sean has had the privilege to receive his formative education at St. Thomas More and his high school education at St. Augustine College. He is a junior at UB, pursuing a B.A. degree in electrical engineering. He is also a graduate of the 2015 Technical Cadets Corp Program.

T’Sean is passionate about his country and hopes to be an agent of change

Education

I  am a 20-year-old, sophomore at the University of the Bahamas, studying Secondary Education: History and Geography. I’m from Crooked Island and graduated Valedictorian from Crooked Island High in 2015. I am also a Fashion Blogger and Activist, where I bring forth issues faced by minority groups, for example the reviewing of the University of the Bahamas policy when it relates to discrimination, fighting the stigma faced by minority groups, and bringing an awareness to Mental Health. I’ve also worked on many community service projects because I believe in community building and lending a helping hand to those that need it. I’ve repaired parks, cleaned up beaches, packaged food supplies and tutored students just to name a few.
